Last week, CYS Global Remit took a huge step forward by hosting our very first popup booth at 18 Tai Seng! Located in a bustling industrial and office hub, we loved the chance to connect directly with a diverse group of customers eager to learn about our services.
Bringing CYS to the People and Companies
We were excited to engage with individuals sending money for various reasons—from sending salaries back home to paying suppliers and customers. It was eye-opening to understand the diverse needs of our customers and show how our services can meet their specific requirements. This roadshow was a fantastic way to boost our brand presence and highlight the value we offer to both individuals and businesses.
Merchandise Madness
Our popup booth wasn’t just about promoting our services; it was also about sharing our new line of merchandise and apparel. The response was overwhelming! Our long mousepads were especially popular among office workers who loved the idea of adding a touch of style to their desks. These mousepads were in such high demand that we saw customers calling their colleagues to check out our booth! It was heartwarming to see the excitement and enthusiasm for our products.
Live Printing Station Extravaganza
The highlight of our booth was the live printing station. Visitors were amazed at how quickly they could get a customized coaster with their name on it, thanks to our collaboration with Print Kaki. The laser-engraved coasters were a big hit, drawing crowds eager to see the technology in action. Our spin-the-wheel game added an extra layer of excitement, with visitors eagerly spinning for a chance to win fantastic prizes along with their customized coasters.
Building Relationships
At the booth, we had in-depth conversations with numerous individuals and businesses, gaining valuable insights into their needs and how we can better serve them. This direct interaction was priceless, providing us with feedback that will help us improve our offerings and customer experience.
Reflecting on Success
