How CYS Builds Confidence and Leadership 

Morning Snapshot Meetings 

At CYS, morning snapshot meetings are an integral part of daily operations. During these meetings, employees provide updates on attendance, directives, market updates, and other relevant information/announcements. To further enhance leadership and communication skills, we assign a rotational chairperson to lead these sessions. The chairperson announces the person responsible for the next day’s sharing and delivers any additional announcements. This system not only fosters accountability but also gives employees a platform to practice front-speaking roles, thereby building confidence and leadership experience. 

 


Leadership in Event Planning 

For company events such as the highly anticipated AML Night 2024, staff members are selected to take the lead as event organizers. From proposing event timelines to managing logistics and presenting ideas to leadership, these responsibilities provide a platform to practice decision-making, coordination, and strategic planning. These hands-on experiences empower employees to step into leadership roles and strengthen their organizational capabilities. 

The Role of Mentorship and Feedback 

Our commitment doesn’t stop at providing opportunities. Employees receive guidance from experienced mentors who offer constructive feedback and share insights into effective leadership.
