  • Country of Origin: While our workforce is predominantly Singaporean, we benefit from the diversity brought by employees from Malaysia and Canada. This highlights the need for cultural competency initiatives. 

  • Length of Service: With over 50% of our employees having been with us for more than 3 years, we enjoy a mix of fresh perspectives and experienced talent. This insight informs our retention strategies.
