Every year, our senior leadership team—comprising our Executive Director, Chief Officers, and Senior Managers—comes together to set our goals and direction. This year, we’re taking this important process to the next level by holding an immersive off-site meeting at The American Club ThinkSpace. This will enhance our planning experience and reinforce our commitment to innovation and progress.
Led by our Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director, this off-site meeting will give our management team a chance to gain new perspectives and explore fresh ideas. During this engaging gathering, our leadership team will review 26 distinct work plans for 2025. Each plan has been created by different teams within our organization and reflects their unique insights and aspirations. Our Managing Directors will guide the review and approval process to ensure that each plan aligns with our company's overall vision and supports our mission.
