At CYS, dedication and loyalty are the foundation of our success. Recently, we celebrated two extraordinary milestones: honouring an exemplary colleague for two decades of service and presenting a 10-Year Long Service Award to a brilliant leader from our corporate family.
Two Decades of Distinguished Service
The evening spotlighted Executive Director Kwang Mayling, whose 20-year journey with CYS exemplifies excellence. Her remarkable journey—from marketing and sales to the FX desk and now leading our Legal & Compliance Office—showcases her exceptional capabilities. Today, as the steward of our corporate governance, Mayling continues to shape the essence of CYS.
Her tenure is marked by unparalleled professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a positive spirit that inspires those around her. In recognition, Mayling received CYS's fourth 20-Year Long Service Award and a prestigious 100-gram gold bar—a tribute to her remarkable achievements.
A Decade of Transformative Leadership
We also celebrated Chief Marketing Officer Lynn Wong's ten-year milestone. The daughter of our CEO & Deputy Managing Director Ann Wee, Lynn's rise from Institutional Treasury Sales Manager to marketing visionary marks a significant chapter in our corporate story. Since joining CYS in January 2014, she has revolutionized our marketing, crafted innovative campaigns and forged valuable partnerships that propel our company forward.
To honour her decade of excellence, Lynn received an elegant Cartier lady’s watch—symbolizing her professional prowess and personal growth.
