CYS Leadership Summit is a gathering of CYS senior officers and managers from various performance areas to discuss, learn, and share ideas on topics related to leadership and management. CYS Leadership Summit 2023 was held on the 10th of June 2023 at the American Club, and hosted by the Managing Director of CYS Global Remit, Mr. Carl Cheung.
The purpose of the CYS Leadership Summit 2023 is to bring together senior management members who are already in a leadership position to provide them with opportunities to enhance their leadership knowledge and skills. It served as an empowering platform for CYS Global Remit senior rank officers and managers, including 2 directors, 6 chief officers, 3 department heads, and a distinguished guest to network, collaborate, and build relationships with each other.
With a clear focus on developing exceptional leaders for the 21st century, the summit provided valuable insights and strategies to unlock their leadership potential. Participants were equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to embrace their roles as leaders. Engaging sessions delivered by Mr. Cheung explored various aspects of effective leadership, including the importance of mindset transformation, the distinction between leaders and managers, and the significance of self-awareness and personal development.
