You have the energy, the enthusiasm, the passion, and now you want to try out the banking industry after university, but how and where to start? The CYS Management Associate Preparation Program is designed to nurture young graduates like you to become future leaders in the banking and financial service industry.
You will need to have a relentless drive for excellence, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong sense of ethics to join us as a CYS Management Associate. Over a period of 24 months, you will undergo an accelerated preparation program to fast-track your experience in the cross-border payment (Banking and FinTech) industry. This is where you will learn and appreciate different aspects of this part of the financial service industry, a core part of the banking business.
We are looking for any fresh graduate from a recognized university with an impressive track record in leadership and strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (to process payment / collection instructions) and are looking to gain experience in the financial service industry
